Overlooking the Champs-Elysées, the rooftop of Aqua Kyoto – a lively new restaurant – will unveil in early July a stunning view of Paris : from the Arc de Triomphe and Grand Palais to the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. Designed by Yodezeen Studio, the dreamlike setting plays with Japanese light and shadow, setting the stage for a contemporary Japanese menu : signature crystal sushi, sashimi platters, black cod… In the private dining room, floor-to-ceiling wine walls complete the immersive experience.
