Fellows Saint-Germain

Within the Marché Saint-Germain, the Maslow group has opened a second address under its Fellows banner. The atmosphere is relaxed, carried by a clientele that blends young professionals with neighborhood regulars, all gathered around a meal with transalpine accents. The restaurant plays on a sense of collective energy, between large shared tables and a lively counter, where guests can settle in easily at any time of day.

The menu, entirely vegetarian, revolves around fresh pasta made in-house from flours sourced directly from producers. To share, the meal opens with pizzette topped with olive cream and asparagus, focaccia with flavored butter and hen’s egg bottarga, or zucchini aguachile with citrus & spicy sauce and cilantro. On the pasta side, the mafé pappardelle, with tomato-peanut sauce, green chili pickles, and cilantro, brings a travel-inspired note, while the pici with butter and cheese, smoked cheese emulsion, and mustard pickles plays a more comforting tune. To finish, the brioche French toast with buckwheat toffee caramel or the chocolate mousse with olive oil & fleur de sel prolong the experience.

Inside, the bright dining room is organized around an open kitchen and a long marble counter where guests can watch the pasta being prepared. Raw materials, stainless steel and concrete, contrast with warmer seating. But it is above all the terrace beneath the arcades that captures attention. Sheltered and spacious, it offers a breath of fresh air in the heart of Saint-Germain, away from traffic.
