Akris, the beauty of fine materials

Named in tribute to Alice Kriemler-Schoch, the founder of Akris, the Alice bag, with its pure, understated lines, was born from the architectural approach of the House’s creative director, Albert Kriemler. Deceptively simple, the design is handcrafted in Italian calfskin and, thanks to its streamlined shape, side gussets, and curved handle, discreetly conceals three parallel compartments along with an interior zippered pocket. It also comes with a removable leather shoulder strap. Today, the Alice is reimagined in horsehair, a noble material also used in select looks from the Fall-Winter 2026-2027 ready-to-wear collection, and comes in rich shades of merlot red, coffee, and charcoal gray.
