Lights, camera… action !

Who would imagine that behind an unassuming doorway tucked inside a courtyard in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement lies an entire cinematic universe? The moment the green light starts flashing, visitors step into what appears to be a fictional movie theater before quickly realizing that they themselves are the protagonists of the story. Over the course of two hours and across 25 spectacularly designed sets – including a remarkably realistic abandoned métro platform – participants interact with actors, solve puzzles and move through an unfolding narrative whose ultimate objective is to infiltrate the legendary Area 51. Somewhere between escape game and immersive theater, Live Cinema invites guests to dream, disconnect from reality and surrender to the illusion. Which, after all, may well be the very essence of the seventh art.
