The Compagnie des Bateaux Mouche is reopening its superb rooftop, a sort of suspended garden on the Seine, Mademoiselle Mouche for a fifth season. Emmett Brown oversees the 100% electro musical programming and the mixologists from the Paris Cocktail Club have imagined no less than eight new signature cocktails with or without alcohol. New in 2023, the Sunset Ritual from 6pm to 9pm where prices get very soft as the sun goes down and the atmosphere heats up…
