Moët Hennessy reveals Cravan a surprising cocktail bar

Moët Hennessy announces the opening of CRAVAN, a unique place celebrating the French art de vivre, exceptional cocktails and culture in the heart of the literary district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. Moët Hennessy is pleased to present CRAVAN, a new expression of its know-how in the art of receiving through unique and sophisticated cocktails. A real showcase for Maison du Groupe, CRAVAN benefits from their know-how to create a tailor-made cocktail experience.

The art of living according to CRAVAN is expressed on the four levels of a typical Parisian building of the seventeenth century reinvented by the Belgian designer Ramy Fischler. From tomorrow, consumers will be able to discover different atmospheres inspired by art, fashion, cinema or literature around three cocktail bars and a bookstore co-signed with Rizzoli. The top floors have two spaces accessible by invitation only: a private workshop and a mini Parisian kiosk, perched on the roof, which will offer an exclusive film program.

CRAVAN is also the fruit of Moët Hennessy’s unexpected encounter and alliance with the historian turned restorer and cocktail expert Franck Audoux, founder and artistic director of CRAVAN. Franck Audoux brings his expertise in the Parisian scene and his unique approach to cocktail, both scientific and poetic, which perfectly combine with Moët Hennessy’s vast experience. This alliance makes CRAVAN much more than a bar: it is above all a place of meeting, exchange, reflection, sharing, tasting, celebration.

CRAVAN Open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 2am.
