Blondie, a coffe passion
With its royal blue facade, it’s impossible to miss Blondie, a new coffee-shop, launched by Tom and Tanguy on rue Saint-Georges. This duo of friends, passionate about coffee, trained with great roasters, from Paris to New York. From the plant to the cup, they wish to transmit their know-how to all gourmet enthusiasts. They roast on site, in Paris, the beans from their own coffee plants in Nicaragua.Tom and Tanguy have chosen a so-called “blonde” roasting, which offers “a slightly acidic profile, a certain sweetness and a nice length in the mouth”.To accompany these beverages,Blondie offers a menu inspired by New York. On the salty side, egg buns with salmon or pastrami or a signature Crousti Banh. On the sweet side, pastry Chef Marine Zerbib has imagined creations around coffee: cookies, marbled or banana breads…. A multi-tasting journey with American accents!
