Among the many standout addresses in the Marais, Au Top is impossible to overlook. Perched on the 7th and top floor of an otherwise unassuming building on Rue Vieille du Temple, this rooftop quickly impresses thanks to its exceptional location. With eyes fixed on the rooftops of Paris, all that remains is to unwind while sipping one of the house cocktails, such as the aptly named Double-Sunset (Champagne, mandarin, pumpkin spice syrup, orange Angostura bitters). A spot that lives up to its name – effortlessly at the top.
Not quite a hotel, not exactly a sports club, nor simply a restaurant La Fondation is all of these at once. This 10,000 -sq.m. lifestyle space near the Batignolles blends industrial and vegetal aesthetics. But it is on the 10th floor that everything happens. At sunset, the rooftop reaches its full expression. The view stretches from the Eiffel Tower to the heights of Sacré-Cœur, while the menu reveals a wide array of signature cocktails and small gourmet plates. The large brazier adds a striking focal point, captivating guests. A spot sure to delight epicureans, equally drawn by the panorama and the culinary experience.
La Marina Les Maquereaux
A summer interlude set upon the water. Between Boulogne and the Longchamp racecourse, Les Maquereaux reimagines a barge with a subtle blend of Riviera spirit and Parisian energy. Here, summer is lived to the fullest. At La Marina Les Maquereaux, the day flows between dips in the pool, oysters at the bar, and moments of rest on sun loungers. By evening, DJ sets take over and the venue transforms into a chic yet relaxed playground. Conceived as a complete lifestyle destination, it’s a place to celebrate sunny days with family, friends, or simply after work.
La terrace du Musée d’Orsay
The terrace of the Musée d’Orsay offers a final experience to be savored. After admiring the Impressionist masterpieces, the gaze settles on another work of art: Paris itself. The Tuileries Garden, Place de la Concorde, the Seine… a living panorama that feels painted in the open air. Le Jardin Tropézien

Imagined in collaboration with Château Minuty, the Hôtel du Collectionneur unveils its new ephemeral terrace, aptly named “Jardin Tropézien.” Following last year’s Italian inspiration – marked by a partnership with Campari – the hotel now pays tribute to the Côte d’Azur. Shades of sand and pristine white furniture meet lemon trees imported especially for the occasion. A Provençal haven in the heart of Paris, where one can enjoy a pissaladière as easily as raise a glass of Minuty’s prestigious cuvées. Do you, do you Saint-Tropez?
Paris or the Canary Islands? The question naturally arises upon discovering Fuga R., this 8th arrondissement rooftop offering a sweeping 360° view over the city. In a raw, natural setting inspired by the volcanic and mysterious atmosphere of Lanzarote – charred wood bar, cacti, totems, and a palette of black, ochre, and terracotta – city dwellers pause their fast-paced routines. They sip on the aptly named Jardin Suspendu (green Chartreuse, Belle de Brillet liqueur, sage, lime) while enjoying a selection of tapas. Spain in Paris has found its new headquarters.
Hôtel Pilgrim
The atmosphere here is chic without being ostentatious – a defining trait of Hôtel Pilgrim and especially its rooftop. Perched on the 7th floor – extending the lush patio below – it stands as a refuge above the rooftops of Paris, offering sweeping views of its most iconic landmarks. At the bar, Alceste Siobhan Von Holz reinterprets iconic 1970s cocktails with controlled boldness: a Bloody Mary infused with mezcal, a Dirty Martini enhanced with olive oil and cumin, a reinvented Brandy Alexander blending cognac, cacao, labneh, and tonka. Sharp, unexpected creations that give this Latin Quarter rooftop the air of an already cult destination.
Le Grand Jardin du Ritz Paris
An address one might wish to keep secret. Until September 12, the Ritz Bar takes up residence in the lush heart of Ritz Paris, within its 1,600 sq.m. of greenery. Here, cocktails are conceived as a sensory stroll. Romain de Courcy, the hotel’s Director of Mixology, presents a menu inspired by the world’s most beautiful gardens – from Morocco to Réunion, via Corsica. Lavender, neroli, coconut, and elderflower shape creations crafted from natural essences sourced in Grasse exclusively for the Ritz Paris. On Fridays and Saturdays, a Japanese charcoal barbecue extends the evening – one you may wish would never end.
