Château Sainte Marguerite, Rosé with style
Perhaps it is the fleur-de-lis on the neck of the bottle that gives Château Sainte Marguerite’s wines their unmistakable air of distinction. But the real reason lies elsewhere. This classified Côtes de Provence estate has long shown how refined rosé can be when it is crafted with precision, restraint and a deep understanding of terroir. There is elegance in the presentation: pure, beautifully transparent bottles adorned with delicate natural motifs.
And there is substance behind the style: organic viticulture, a deep respect for the land, and the Fayard family’s savoir-faire in drawing the very best from its Provençal vineyards. Over nearly five decades, this combination has helped place Château Sainte Marguerite among the world’s finest rosés. It is the kind of wine that makes the start of summer feel instantly more polished, more luminous, more Provence.
The 2025 collection takes that refinement even further. A spring punctuated by welcome rainfall, followed by a bright, generous summer, gave the estate ideal conditions. The grapes were harvested at night to preserve their aromatic purity, allowing Symphonie Rosé, Fantastique Rosé and Marguerites de Provence Rosé to fully express the house philosophy: excellence, renewed year after year.
Symphonie Rosé 2025 is an elegant aperitif wine, ideal with shellfish or sushi. It reveals pure, precise fruit and stands out for its notes of white peach and citrus peel.
Fantastique Rosé 2025 more than lives up to its name. Made from grapes grown on the Château’s historic vines, it has the depth and polish of a true gastronomic rosé. It pairs beautifully with truffle risotto or seared scallops, bringing both freshness and structure to the table.
Marguerites de Provence Rosé adds another dimension, with intensity, minerality, notes of exotic fruit and white flowers, and a distinctly gastronomic character. Served with sea bream tartare with citrus, roasted langoustines or lobster ravioli, it turns the pairing into a true celebration of flavor. This is Provence rosé at its most refined.
