Norman Hotel, a joyful and sophisticated experience

The former hotel in Vigny, located a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, was shed this spring. The now Norman – always five-star stamped – abandons an outdated traditional French style to happily switch to “the bustling Paris of the 1960s” and pay tribute to American artist and designer Norman Ives (1923-1978), a pioneer in graphic arts. The architect Thomas Vidalenc, an expert in luxury hotels, wanted to offer a “joyful and sophisticated experience” in all areas of the establishment. Success in the 37 rooms and suites, the wellness area and the large and superb restaurant room, whose kitchen was entrusted to the famous Thai chef, Thiou.
