Ultimate chic for the reopening of Chanel

The Chanel boutique on 21 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré was expanded on the neighbouring building, under the leadership of Chanel’s arch-gifted and long-time collaborator, Peter Marino. This new space invites you to a shopping experience in an enchanting 507 m2. Inspired by a dive into the heart of the house’s universe, it spans three levels with light and soft tones contrasting with black enhanced with golden touches. Monumental, a beaded installation by Jean-Michel Othoniel (White Gold Ribbons, 2021) unfolds in the heart of a floating marble staircase and folded mirrors, echoing that of Rue Cambon. Chandeliers in rock crystal and bronze with light gold finishes by goldsmith Goossens illuminate the works of Alasdair Cooke and Donald Sultan. The Chanel boutique on 21 unveils a fairy tale of bags, accessories, shoes and elegant counters dedicated to jewellery and watchmaking. While the 23rd welcomes ready-to-wear silhouettes to try in one of the upstairs lounges where the two buildings gather under a gilded ceiling. Bright, the basement comes alive with fancy jewelry and trendy bags. So many stopovers in a world of luxury, calm and voluptuousness!
